"Urithuru Above the Highstorm" Original Fan Art - Metal Print, inspired by Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight Archive Novels.

*These metal prints are created from a professional high resolution photo of my original oil painting.*

To me, the world that Brandon Sanderson created is a character all into itself, I might even consider it the main character. This artwork depicts my idea of what the city of Urithuru looks like based on the descriptions in the books and on The 17th Shard fan site(The official Bradon Sanderson fan site).  In this painting, I wanted to convey the relative safety of the city above the Highstorm and provide an idea of exactly how massive the city is.  You can also see a glimpse of my take on what "The Scar" might look like in the night sky. From one fan to another, I hope you enjoy my work and that I did proper justice to the amazing world of Roshar.

Just as I imagined it in the books!

The painting brings what is on pages to something you can see with your own eyes. The quality is fantastic, and I love the metal print! Every time I look at it I am reminded of the books and their vast landscapes. I am so happy to have it, and I don't regret buying it one bit.
