Return Policy For All Products Except For Original Paintings:

Returns and exchanges

All of our products are made to order. When you place your order, we begin creating the product for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Customer service is our top priority, if you are unhappy with your order, or have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, or it is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Refunds and replacements

If there is something wrong with your item(as mentioned above in damages and issues), please send us a picture of the problem within a week of delivery.  Once we’ve received and inspected your picture, we will let you know if a refund or  replacement is approved or not. If approved, you can choose to either: have us ship you a replacement of the same item at no cost to you, or receive a refund onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Original Paintings Return Policy:

Original paintings are not made to order, therefore, original paintings can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return an original painting, contact me(The Artist) as soon as possible, and I will get back to you with the return address and instructions. 

If the painting is postmarked for return within the 14 day time-frame and is still in the same condition as it was when the painting was shipped to you, you will receive a full refund of the painting's purchase price (shipping and return postage will not be refunded).

Damages and Issues:

Original paintings are shipped by me (The Artist) with the upmost care to insure that your art piece is protected and arrives to you safely and in perfect condition. 

In the unlikely event that your new painting arrives damaged in any way, contact me as soon as possible so we can work together on a resolution. Please provide me with a picture of the damaged packaging, as well as picture of the damaged artwork, and a description of what is damaged.
