Order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you see at checkout:
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Some potential delays outside of our control include but are not limited to: an unusually high volume of orders or postal service problems.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping: We offer $0, free shipping on all items in the 48 U.S. Continental States.
International Shipping
At this time, we offer international shipping to all countries
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the item, and the shipping location.
Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Landscapes By Ashleigh] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days(domestic shipping) or within 40 business days(international shipping) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, please use a physical address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a photo or video of the item’s condition, and a picture of the damaged package if applicable. Upon proof of damage, we can offer a refund for the price of the item or send a replacement of the same item.
