As a fan of Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight Archive, this painting is my interpretation of the towering city of Urithiru. I wanted to capture the sheer scale of the sanctuary resting safely above the fierce highstorms. Lightning flashes in the cloud deck far below, while the ominous red stars known as the scar burn brightly in the night sky.
